Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Short Season

SHORT SEASON **Registration Fee Refunds** - Full refunds will be issued if a participant withdraws before the start of the season. - A partial refund may be granted if withdrawal occurs after the start of the season. - Refunds will not be given for missed practices or games. - Requests for refunds due to medical reasons must be accompanied by a doctor's note or other appropriate documentation. **Processing Time** - Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of receiving a complete refund request and any required documentation. **Administrative Fees** - A non-refundable administrative fee of $15 may be deducted from all refunds. **Refund Method** - Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. **Cancellation of Programs** - In the event that a program is canceled by the organization, full refunds will be issued to all registered participants. **Appeals** - Requests for exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval by the organization. VolleyBees

VolleyPops & VolleyBees Monthly Auto-Renewal Policy Billing Overview - Enrollment in VolleyPops or VolleyBees is a monthly auto-renewal program. - Monthly fees are automatically charged on the first of each month (or the participant’s start date anniversary, if different). - Families are billed until written cancellation is received. Refund & Cancellation Policy Cancellation - Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or online form) at least 7 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. - Once a payment has processed, cancellation will take effect for the next month’s billing cycle unless prorated (see below). Prorated Refunds - If a family cancels mid-month, they may receive a prorated refund based on the number of remaining sessions in that billing period. - Example: If 2 out of 4 sessions have occurred, 50% of the month’s fee may be refunded. - Prorated refunds are only available prior to the third session of the month. After that, no refunds will be issued. Missed Sessions / Absences - Refunds or credits are not issued for individual missed sessions. - Make-up opportunities may be offered when space allows but are not guaranteed. Program Modifications or Cancellations by The Edge - If a session or program is canceled by The Edge (e.g., due to weather, facility closure, or insufficient enrollment), families will receive a credit or prorated refund for any canceled sessions.
