Traditionally, the setter’s job, the second touch on the ball, is often seen as just a position for setters. But in this exciting and fast-paced camp, we’re breaking that mold. Whether you’re an outside hitter, middle blocker, or libero, this camp is for you!
Through a combination of specialized drills, tactical exercises, and real-game scenarios, players will enhance their skills and awareness around the second contact. We’ll focus on improving ball control, decision-making, timing, and communication – all key elements for players in every position. The goal is to help each participant become a more versatile and dynamic player on the court, knowing exactly how to make the most out of every touch – no matter what position you play.

Designed for players who have basic blocking experience and are ready to refine their skills, the Intermediate Blocking Camp focuses on positioning, timing, and technique. This camp is perfect for front-row athletes looking to better understand blocking responsibilities and improve their effectiveness at the net.
Through targeted drills and real-time feedback, players will learn how to read hitters, close the block, and become more confident as a defensive presence.
What You'll Work On:
Footwork patterns (shuffle, crossover, swing block)
Proper hand positioning and press technique
Timing and tracking the ball
Reading setter and hitter cues
Transitioning from block to attack
Who Should Attend:

- Powerful and Precise Attacking: Learn to identify key opportunities to spike with power and accuracy. You'll work on different types of attacks (high-ball, quick set, off-speed shots) to keep your opponents guessing.
- Strategic Court Awareness: Develop a keen sense of where to place the ball for maximum effectiveness, taking advantage of the defense's weaknesses and reading the opposing blockers to find the perfect spot.
- Transition Play: Learn how to seamlessly transition from defense to offense, ensuring you’re always prepared to convert the third contact into a scoring opportunity.

The Advanced Blocking Camp is a high-level, competitive training session built for experienced players ready to elevate their blocking game. This camp focuses on advanced techniques, reading offensive systems, and controlling the net through strategic and aggressive play.
Athletes will be challenged through fast-paced drills, live hitting reps, and game-speed scenarios to develop not just better technique, but better timing, court vision, and volleyball IQ.
Camp Highlights:
